1975
Cuban immigrant Renato M. Alonso begins working at his father’s company out of college, fabricating steel & designing bridges for the islands.
1981
After learning more about the steel trade and fabrication, Renato M. Alonso creates a company called “Metal Equipment of Florida” which focuses on fabricating stainless steel food service equipment.
1997
