At Amerikooler, it’s our integrated engineering and production network that allows us to manufacture precision-quality products so quickly. We securely pack every order in a reinforced palletized package. Panels are packed tightly on the pallet and lined with several protective layers to prevent any movement while in transit to your job site. We enclose the panels with corrugated boards, provide corner guards for extra support and shrink wrap entire pallet for added protection. When packing is complete, we apply package handling labels and include a packing list with every order. The packing list describes the pallet’s content, ship to address, customer name, carrier name and pro number. The panels are individually marked with clear labels, indicating job and part numbers, insulation and metal materials. We are confident that your installation will go smoothly because we have included all the necessary installation instructions, shop drawings, assembly hardware and cam lock hex wrench in a hardware kit box.
Our panels are easy to unload by hand and are well-protected in transit. All this helps ensure that a perfect walk-in unit and refrigeration system will arrive undamaged and ready for a hassle-free installation. You will also appreciate knowing that all packaging materials are recyclable and easy to dispose of.
